👉Plot
In Inside Out 2, 13-year-old Riley Andersen enters high school, facing new emotional challenges as her emotions—Joy, Sadness, Fear, Disgust, and Anger—manage a new mental area called the "Sense of Self." Aiming to control Riley's emotions, Joy creates a system that pushes negative memories to the back of her mind. However, Riley faces emotional turmoil when four new emotions—Anxiety, Envy, Embarrassment, and Ennui—arrive, complicating things further.
At an ice hockey camp, Anxiety takes control, causing Riley to struggle with friendships and self-doubt. Riley's emotions are thrown into chaos, leading to a panic attack. Ultimately, Joy realizes that Riley's identity must balance both positive and negative experiences. Together, the emotions help Riley form a new, healthier Sense of Self, enabling her to maintaining her friendship with her friends and succeed in her hockey tryouts.
Riley ends the film embracing both her old and new emotions, confidently navigating her future.
👉Sandra腦筋急轉彎2觀後感
If I were sent to the penalty box, I wouldn’t experience a panic attack, but I would certainly assess the situation logically. I’d probably feel a mix of emotions like frustration, embarrassment, or maybe determination, depending on why I was penalized. To control these emotions, I’d focus on staying calm, acknowledging my feelings without letting them take over, and using that time to refocus my mind on improving once I return to the game.
In Inside Out 2, Riley's emotions are exaggerated to show how Anxiety can take control in stressful situations, like trying out for a hockey team or managing friendships. However, in real life, self-awareness plays a crucial role in emotional regulation. By recognizing what we're feeling—whether it's anxiety, frustration, or even joy—we can respond more thoughtfully, rather than react impulsively. Balancing positive and negative emotions helps maintain perspective, allowing us to navigate difficult moments with clarity, just like Riley learns to do by the end of the film. By practicing self-awareness, we can prevent overwhelming emotions from dominating our actions.
